We are Dental Billing Specialist!  Helen Sanderson president and owner has an extensive background in dentistry.  Not only does she have  the ability to read and discern x-rays, understand full oral and teeth anatomy. Setting up is Simple

We employ several ways to get your information from your office to ours:

  • Encrypted Faxing/Encrypted File Sharing (available 24 hours a day)
  • US Mail/ Fed Ex/ UPS
  • Pickup by us - (available to local clients)

What we need from you:

  • Patient Information Sheet
  • Both sides of patient's insurance card(s)
  • Daily Superbill, daysheets for patient payments at time of service.

Explanation of Benefits from insurance Carriers

Checks are sent to your office. EOB's must be faxed or sent to us and we will post payments to patient accounts in order to provide you with monthly reports and continue the process of billing out for patient payment portions. We bill for our services at the end of each month. We also provide the option of having checks sent to our office and we can make nightly deposits to your account. This eliminates the need to have EOB's faxed or sent to us.

FEES

Percent of New Collections
This includes initial billing, follow up, resubmissions, posting payments, patient inquiries, tracking and monthly reporting.  Secondary insurance billing and patient statements are included.  This percentage applies to all insurance plans except capitated contracts, which may be billed at a different percentage.

Flat Fee:
This includes initial billing, follow up, resubmissions, posting payments, patient inquiries, tracking and monthly reporting.  Secondary insurance billing and patient statements are also included.  This applies to all insurance plans.  This fee structure is based on overall patient volume and revenues.  Accordingly, the fee is reviewed quarterly and adjusted up or down during the first one-year contract. It is then reviewed bi-annually and may be adjusted up or down.  Written notice is given prior to contract adjustment.
